Plenty of oak spices here but they go off slowly as the mineral and floral quality comes more to the front. Blackberries, dark cherries and crushed stones with grilled thyme and mussel shells. Dusty, fine-grained tannins grow on the palate, giving a very tight grip before the lasting finish. Drink from 2025.
