The 2020 Foloi is a Roditis (with 10% Viognier blended in), unoaked, dry (3.2 grams of residual sugar against 5.2 of total acidity) and coming in at 13% alcohol. It starts with a hint of green. It is lively and refreshing, a classic fresh white, as always. It's been a pretty consistent offering, always true to its style, even when vintage conditions make it a little more or less concentrated. Light and bright, it goes down easy and has a perky demeanor. It should make fine drinking in warmer weather, for what is left of this summer or next. It will likely hold a few years, but that's not really the point here. You'll want to savor its exuberance, not its complexity, if there ever is any.
