If you look into the glass, you will see a very light yellow. The nose reveals a great variety of changing scents. From fragrant, floral, like rose to green grass to fruity, like peach and citrus, to mineral. The acid tingles slightly on the tip of the tongue. Further on in the mouth it shows its smooth and soft side. The well-integrated acid impression increases again on the palate. At the same time, the peach note reappears in the mouth. The body is filigree with a pleasant finish. Recommendation with sushi or similar fish dishes with light vegetables.
