The 2020 Las Sabias has the same alcohol on the label as the 2019 (16.5% alcohol), but the wine comes through as more elegant and balanced. Perhaps this is because of the different quality of the tannins, which come through as more velvety here and make the wine more approachable in the XXL style of this cuvée. 19,929 bottles produced.

The 2020 Las Sabias comes from Toro and spent 16 months aging in oak barrels. This rich red wine, perfumed with intense plums and blueberries, presents a bold and oily palate complemented by a warm and subtly tannic finish. This is a potent, ripe and concentrated Tempranillo from Toro.
