The 2020 Pinot Noir Histoire d'A from Gualtallary, Uco Valley was half fermented in whole bunches before aging for 15 months in a third new barrels. Cherry red in the glass. The nose presents notes of dried flowers, rose and hints of herbs against an oaky backdrop. Dry with a skinny expression, the gentle, chalky tannins linger at the back of the mouth along with herbal and clove flavors.
