A medium-bodied red with aromas of wild raspberries, porcini, dried herbs and smoked meat. Powdery, fine tannins with a chalky feel. Concentrated and taut with a savory, mineral finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold. Screw cap.

The bright varietal 2019 Ritual Pinot Noir shows expressive and clean notes of red berries and wild herbs, with good ripeness but without excess. It has good balance and freshness and is medium-bodied and with fine tannins. It was carefully matured to avoid excess oak, using different sizes of barrels for 11 to 12 months. 42,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2020.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Ritual from Casablanca was aged for 11 months in 20% new barrels. Ruby red in color. The nose features strawberry and cherry and hints of herb and sandalwood. Terse and voluminous but light on its feet; the delicate freshness frames the palate before the fruity aftertaste.
