A blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc, the 2019 Miner Emilys Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color. It pops from the glass with exuberant notes of black cherry compote, crème de cassis, and raspberry coulis, giving way to hints of tar, black olives, and wild thyme. Full-bodied, the palate is filled with crunchy black fruits and a racy backbone, textured with soft, approachable tannins, finishing with an invigorating herbal lift.

Aromas of mulberries, plums, dried herbs, spearmint, cedar and dried spices. Full-bodied with chalky tannins and fresh acidity. Textured with a vivid finish. Drink from 2023.
