Leading off the 2019s from bottle, the 2019 Côtes Du Roussillon Villages Latour De France Occultum Lapidem (50% Syrah, 45% Grenache, and 5% Mourvèdre) is a juicy, medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced Roussillon delivering ample blackberry and plum fruit as well as some peppery garrigue and violet notes. It always represents a terrific value and will keep for 4-6 years.

It remains fresh at the center with lots of character here with the syrah kicking in mid-palate with an array of wild berries and spices. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

It's medium to full-bodied, polished, and smooth, with silky tannins—a decent amount of them—and a long finish.
