The 2019 Brut Gran Reserva Gelida is a blend of 50% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeo, 15% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir from Penedès. Aged for 48 months on the lees, this bright yellow wine offers notes of lime and red apple peel with oxidative hints, all complemented by a pristine fruit layer. Dry, vibrant and saline, the mousse-like palate lingers with a chalky, ethereal texture. The 2019 is a well-crafted sparkling wine.
