The 2019 Klima White is a Vidiano, unoaked and coming in at 13.5% alcohol. This shows good supporting acidity this year and precision. It finishes in its youth (seen about 13 weeks after bottling) with a touch of tartness. It seems light and airy while showing subtle concentration. The overall package is appealingly fresh, with enough substance to hold up to milder foods, but this will do well on its own too. There were 1,000 cases produced from vines averaging 16 years in age.
