The 2019 Max Cabernet Sauvignon comes mostly from the inland Aconcagua vineyards and has concentration of fruit and soft and ripe tannins, moderate alcohol (13.5%) and mellow acidity that makes it juicy, varietal, complex and elegant with a subtle profile. It matured in French barrels, 30% of them new, for 12 months, but like the rest of the range, the oak is transparent, perfectly integrated and neatly folded into the fruit. They produced 531,889 bottles of it.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Max from Aconcagua was aged for 12 months in 30% new oak. Garnet red with a purple sheen. The clearly defined aromatic profile features mild notes of black currant, sour cherry and hints of cedar. At 13.5% alcohol, this is juicy with a tacky flow and full flavor. A competitive red.

A nose of black fruit, chili and herbs. It’s medium-bodied with sleek tannins. Juicy and textured with a bright core of fresh fruit and herbs. Crunchy finish.
