Peach skin and pear is complemented by hints of raw almond and incense, as the 2018 Trebbiano Veronese Massifitti blossoms in the glass. It’s texturally deep with citrus-tinged orchard fruits and minerals that creates a push and pull of salty and sweet. It leaves the palate reeling with mouthwatering tension, as the cheeks pucker and nuances of chamomile slowly fade through the lightly structured finale. The Massifitti is simply a pleasure to taste. It’s a varietal Trebbiano di Soave from vines growing in basalt rock soils. Don’t miss it.

A flavorful white with rich, grapey fruit character on a bedrock of fine minerals. Hints of fresh herbs, even lavender. Full and compact with a nice drive through the long finish. Light tannin presence at the end. Well balanced and delicious. Drink now.

Bright and finely balanced, this light- to medium-bodied white layers well-cut acidity and a chalky underpinning with a ripe, juicy range of apricot, white cherry and spring blossom flavors that show a touch of chopped almond. Ends with a creamy finish. Drink now through 2028. 2,500 cases made, 800 cases imported.
