Composed of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon with 30% Syrah and 9% Merlot, the 2018 Estate Red is fresh, juicy and succulent, offering hints of tobacco, red and black peppercorn, black cherry with subtle notes of black raspberry and brown baking spices. Full-bodied and with 14.8% alcohol, the palate is juicy and firm and needs time in the bottle to find its stride. With firm tannic grip, this wine will benefit from two more years of bottle aging. Put it in your cellar and let it sleep.
