I’ve been using B21 for over 2 years now, for all my hard to find liquors, from Tier 1 Tequilas to exotic liqueurs, and they are hands down, the premier online alcohol delivery service I’be ever dealt with. They’re fast, convenient and most importantly, they have what you’re looking for. This has a seductive nose of purple cherries, mulberries, sage, olives, nutmeg, orange zest and dried flowers. Medium to full body with a fantastic balance of ripe fruit, spice and zesty freshness. Very drinkable. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

The aromatics on the 2018 NeroBufaleffj are understated, requiring coaxing to release a pretty mix of black currants laced with violets and hints of sweet smoke. This is round and soothing on the palate, with mineral-tinged red fruits and the slightest hint of sour citrus that adds contrast. There’s a bitter tinge that lasts through the finale, as the 2018 finishes with crunchy tannins and a touch of black licorice. The meatiness and minerality of Bufaleffj comes through here, yet in a more accessible package.
