There's a lovely savory thread here, with details of crushed rock and white pepper along with a touch of lavender to complement the plump blackberry, plum and blueberry flavors. Shiraz and Cabernet. Drink now. 3,000 cases imported.

Upfront berry fruit aromas are backed by licorice, terra cotta and spice in this wine. Bright acidity lifts the fruit on the palate, with lighly spicy tannins framing it all. This is a great weeknight red.

A 65-35 blend, Norman's 2018 Shiraz Cabernet is full-bodied, soft and expansive on the palate, with ripe, nearly stewed blackberry and cola flavors. The Cabernet lends just enough herbal flavors and structure to keep things interesting, lingering on the finish. Drink it over the next couple of years.
