This chardonnay is made from grapes grown in the limestone and clay soils of the hills of Languedoc-Roussillon. The colour is delicate with the nose showing citrus and apricot notes. In the mouth, the citrus and mineral notes stand out and although crisp, the palate is broad with a hint of malolactic creaminess. Contact with the lees guaranteed the chardonnay a little more body, and a long finish in the mouth. A great white wine choice both as an aperitif or for serving alongside dishes such as fish or salads.
