In Amarone Monte Faustino above all, the graphite note preserved in the soil of the homonymous ancient vineyard is enhanced. The hilly terrain from which the best grapes are selected for the prince of Valpolicella wine and the highly developed root system of the grandfather Fornaser's old vineyard, combined with long drying and prolonged aging in barrique and bottle, give this Amarone a otherwise unobtainable value. Deep garnet red, persistent aroma of ripe red fruit, cherry, plum and almond, full and elegant flavor with notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate. It combines wonderfully with game dishes, grilled meats, roasts and aged cheeses. Tasted alone, it is an incomparable "meditation" wine.
