Only thing I don’t like is UPS charges an access point fee to drop off five dollars per case I would have it shipped to my apartment but you have to be present to sign for it and UPS is terrible about arranging that

The 2015 Champagne Starck Brut Nature is forward with vinous and spicy aromas of saline and red currant, orange blossom, and smoke. It is expansive on the palate while maintaining a core of fresh acidity, with peach, dried flowers, and wet stone. This complex and unique expression is full of energy and has great gastronomic appeal. Drink 2022-2040.

95 points, Audrey Frick, Jeb Dunnuck (Nov 2022)

The aromas remind me of old-fashioned apple varieties and mirabelles. Yes, this has the major crispness of this bone-dry category, but it also has so much depth and savory character from the lees, so that carries the acidity easily. Long, crisp and salty finish. From south-facing sites that are earl ripening in Cumieres. This is a field blend of the three main champagne grapes, but the other four varieties were recently added to the mix. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now.

95 points, Stuart Pigott, James Suckling (Aug 2023)

The 2015 Louis Roederer et Philippe Starck Brut Nature features a pale lemon straw color and evocative opening scents of honey-roasted almonds, brioche, fresh apricots, and orange blossoms, leading to earthy hints of chalk dust and white truffles. The palate is bone dry, tightly knit, and strait-laced on entry, expanding on the palate to deliver a vast array of delicate nut, toast, savory, and mineral nuances, finishing on a lingering chalky note. It's certainly delicious right now, but it will deliver something more with another 2-3-years+ in bottle. The blend is 46% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir, and 17% Pinot Meunier. 23% of the wine was aged in oak, and no malo-lactic or dosage is employed here.

94+ points, Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Wine Independent (Apr 2023)

The most compelling rendition of this bottling that Roederer has produced to date, the 2015 Brut Nature exhibits inviting aromas of golden orchard fruit, clear honey, dried white flowers and wet stones. Medium to full-bodied, layered and vinous, with a fleshy, concentrated core of fruit, chalky structure and a long, precise finish, it's a Pinot Noir-dominant blend from Cumières that's slightly lower in pressure, making for a more delicate mousse.

94 points, William Kelley, Wine Advocate (Aug 2022)

With a label designed by designer Philippe Starck, this Champagne has benefitted from its aging that has softened the wine's natural dryness and given it maturity and a light biscuit flavor. It is a fully balanced wine that is ready to drink.

94 points, Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast (Dec 2023)

The 2015 Brut Nature Blanc is rich and expansive, especially for a non-dosé Champagne. All the elements are so nicely balanced. Pear, mint, green apple, ginger and a hint of nutmeg from a dazzling tapestry of aromas, flavors and nuance. As with the Rosé, the Blanc offers a compelling balance of fruit intensity and energy, while avoiding the harsher tones that often afflict Brut Nature Champagnes.

93 points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous (May 2022)

A fresh, mineral-driven Champagne, this swathes a firm frame of acidity in a raw silklike texture and finely meshed flavors of crunchy pear, mandarin orange peel, salted almond, dried raspberry and pickled ginger. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Best from 2023 through 2033.

93 points, Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator (Nov 2022)

Roederer’s collaboration with Philippe Starck focuses on a south-facing hillside in Cumières, where Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon grows parcels of chardonnay (46 percent of this blend), pinot noir (37 percent) and meunier (17 percent). He only makes the wine in vintages when all three varieties ripen at the same time, so he can harvest and ferment them together. In 2015, the wine has a saffron-yellow depth of flavor, its youthful tension expressed in notes of grapefruit pith, underripe peach and yellow apple. The wine’s structure is overt, waiting to evolve with bottle age.

93 points, Wine & Spirits (Dec 2022)
