The 2012 Brut Zero Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Signé François Vieilles Vignes is a fine choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. It emerges from the family's oldest vines in Cramant, plus a touch of fruit from Chouilly. Dried citrus peel, marzipan, apricot, tangerine oil, acacia and light caramel overtones meld together in the glass, showing the gentle evolution of a wine that is peaking. I would prefer to drink this over the next handful of years.
