A racy cabernet with plum and dark berry character and hints of chocolate. It's full-bodied, with firm tannins and a fresh finish. Plenty of hazelnut and cherry character in the aftertaste. Give it three to four years of bottle age before opening.

A cooler vintage than 2009, although still warm overall, and here the Cabernet Sauvignon signature is distinct, showcasing the Alto Maipo terroir and the skill of winemaker Francisco Baettig. Fully mature, showing beautiful sandalwood and spiced rosemary, bitter chocolate, smoked earth, along with cassis and blueberry fruits. Balanced acidities, fine tannins, this is fully mature, a great moment to drink. Harvests at the time were pushed a little later than today at Vinedo Chadwick, meaning hot Aprils had more of an impact on the fruit character and this shows a little more evolution at 13 years old than we can expect with more recent vintages. 95% new oak.
