"Plymouth Gin: Sharp, astringent, and heavy, with juniper on the nose. Some faint citrus aromas lurk in the backdrop, and a pleasing perfume note emerges after a while. The body is medium, and although the palate is initially fairly fruity, the intensely dry juniper character soon comes into play, bringing with it the perfume notes found in the aromas.
