"This spirit is aged for two years in vats constructed of ash from Finland. The nose is reminiscent of kirsch, but is more prickly than most; the middle-stage nosing passes display plenty of round, perfumy cherry fruit; the last pass offers sublimely sweet but not overripe scents of red cherries. In the mouth, the sweet, ripe cherry taste is evident immediately and continues unabated through the midpalate.
