Actually, thank his wife Daphne Glorian too, who was a pioneer in the revival of Priorat: She makes Erasmus. In fact the bottle she gave Eric long ago was his first taste of Spain, a love story that paid off for all of us. Before that Eric's European Cellars handled only French; he had a good palate for Rhones and still does as you can tell by that bargain Pesquie on our shelves.
