Almost colorless, but showing an ultrapale straw hue. The aromas are wonderfully complex, with briny notes mingling with a sharp pepperiness and wafts of damp vegetal aromas. The body is rich, smooth, and buttery, and the palate doesn't disappoint. It follows the nose almost precisely, and here, the brine is really predominant. The finish is long and soothingly warm.
