Based on the 2016 vintage and disgorged with six grams per liter dosage, the NV Brut Cuvée de Réserve offers up a pretty bouquet of lemon oil, white flowers, mandarin and clear honey, followed by a medium to full-bodied, bright and lively palate that's quite delicate and charming, with an inviting profile and good length on the finish.

The NV Brut Grand Cru Cuvée de Réserve, based on 2016, is a very pretty edition of this wine. Exotic white flowers, lime and apple all grace this subtle, understated Champagne from Rodolphe Péters. Bright saline notes add brightness and nuance throughout. This is such an inviting Champagne. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: December, 2018.
