Aged for seven years in an 80-bota solera, this subtle, elegant Manzanilla Pasada displays the impressive consistency and quality of the Manuel Cuevas wines. Its briny mineral flavors meld with scents of hazelnuts in a wine that feels comfortably balanced despite its power. A Manzanilla of clarity and purity. For sea urchin.

The NV Manzanilla Pasada Almacenista Manuel Cuevas Jurado smells of noble woods, sesame seeds, aromatic herbs and roasted nuts. It has a very dry palate, supple with a slightly alcoholic finish. Drink 2013-2015.

This flirts with rancio, as a Brazil nut note leads the way, but it's supple and pure, with lovely bitter almond, orange and salted caramel hints that all glide through the lanolin-textured finish. Drink now. 50 cases imported.
