I have been a very long time customer of B‑21 and over the years have been very satisfied with their customer service. For the last two purchases, Customer Service predicted the wrong estimated delivery dates, did not send the tracking number, and did not answer calls or e mails. Same for the store personnel, they do not pick up the phone or return calls. This is very annoying when one needs to leave a person at home to sign for the package. I finally wrote to Bob, the owner, and he wrote back to me and took care of the situation.

I was able to obtain my wife’s favorite wine that no place else would ship. Due to overwhelming demand they are delayed in response via email and my order shipped 3 days later than anticipated. I am hopeful it arrives as stated via FedEx. Excited!
