Pure amber color. Aromas of toasty pound cake with apple, pineapple, peach, and delicate herbs. Very supple and seamless integrated dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with honeycomb, pepper, apple-mint jam on wafer, and mineral notes on the long finish. Elegant, complex and satisfying.

Medium to full in body with a superb texture, smoothness and crispness position for dominance. Hard bread like malt flavours that are almost cracker like. Restrained hop bitterness is slapped around by the malt for a little while and seems to never recover but still have the strength to balance. Malt flavour is big, sweetness wraps around the tongue and leaves a big impression of malt. Alcohol is squashed in the middle of the malt character yet still lends a sweet and spicy ghost like ester. Finally some spiciness comes through from the hops and mellows the malt and drops a trail of leafy herbal hop flavour also. Complex dry grain and husk linger.
