Only thing I don’t like is UPS charges an access point fee to drop off five dollars per case I would have it shipped to my apartment but you have to be present to sign for it and UPS is terrible about arranging that

The 2020 Hair of the Bear is a blend of co-fermented Petite Sirah (75%) and Roussanne (25%). Deep ruby-purple, it's very fragrant, offering blueberry, cassis, violet, sage and lavender aromas. The palate is full-bodied, supple and concentrated with floral fruits and a very long, luxuriously mouth-coating finish. It really comes alive with some time in the glass, so give it plenty of time in the decanter. It's an ideal style for pairing with braised meats. 210 cases were made.

Petite Sirah is still uncommon in Santa Barbara County, and blending it with 25% Roussanne is incredibly unique. But the combination is magical, starting with aromas of cocoa, toasted walnut, graphite and dark fruit on the nose. The palate is thick and heavy yet still vibrant with acidity, offering fresh açaí, blueberry, charred meat and asphalt flavors atop chiseled tannins, with mocha on the finish.
