Lovely aromatic expression on the nose, tobacco, blackcurrant, cherries and cola. Enjoyable and sappy, this delivers on the fruit purity and concentration of flavours. Tannins are ripe and full and this has an understated power with plenty of potential for ageing. Full and juicy, I love the bright acidity keeping things lifted and the fruit shines through. Not massively complex or layered but for easy drinking pleasure with classicism this is great.
