A very subtle sauvignon with wonderful intensity of lime, grass and guava, especially on the palate. Yet, it remains toned and creamy with a lovely finish. Delightful and satisfying. Drink now.

The 2019 Sauvignon received an official “Wow” when I first put my nose to the glass. Pungent, sharp and focused florals rise up, met by tropical pineapple, papaya and minty peach, and then smoothed out by sweet cream and hints of smoke. It’s deeply textural with pronounced inner sweetness yet also packed with zesty citrus and minerals. The result is an incredibly stimulating yet also balanced display. Ripe apple and hints of kiwi join the fray, as this never seems to lose energy, tapering off with tension and a mouthwatering twang of spice.
