B-21 Top Recommendation
For a decisively indicative test of any given vintage in Chablis, a good starting point is in the cellars of Domaine Fevre. Established in 1959, this family-owned estate has consistently brought us the finest examples of Kimmeridgian-influenced wines, the estate expanding to its current holdings of 195 acres. With pristine parcels in each of the finest Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, plus a bevy of holdings across well-priced, consumer friendly entry-level sites, Fevre has something for everyone. After the frost-plagued 2017 vintage, we return the Domaine bottling as feature for 2018, a complete Chablis, full of fruit but loads of mineral too. Excellent in 2018.
