We just received a Louis Michel Chablis Premier Cru that we had at Guy Savoy's for our 35th wedding anniversary. Fun to be able to find this wine stateside. B‑21 provided us with very efficient and positive service. We will definitely use them again when trying to locate unique wines.

We live in the mountains now and don’t have easy access to wine stores so we started ordering from B‑21 and now have great wine with reasonable shipping charges delivered right to our door in just 4‑5 days! Love free shipping on every 21st too.

The shopping was great the delivery was a headache. I was notified it would be Sat. I was given the option to schedule delivery between 5 and 8 for a small fee since I was working. Sat delivery never showed up. Sun and Monday delivery was pending. I checked on it Mon after I got off work and I was told it would be Tues or Wed. I told them that was not satisfactory that it must be Tues as I was working on Wed. Tues they delivered it promptly at 5. The specified time was for Sat. not Mon so I sat home all day waiting on my delivery
