The 2017 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru matures in 15% new oak, has a vibrant wet limestone, Granny Smith apple and subtle white peach scented bouquet. The palate is well balanced with an intense opening, plenty of green apple mixed with gooseberry and a faint tang of ginger. It might just miss a little mineralité on the finish but otherwise this is very fine.

Aromas of crisp green orchard fruit and hazelnut cream introduce the 2017 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly, a medium-bodied, succulent wine that's limpid and incisive but open-knit and giving in profile. This will drink well young.
