Good full yellow. Enters honeyed and creamy with aromatic herbal nuances, then very juicy and lemony on the bright, supple finish. Made from Carricante grown at 650 meters above sea level on the northern slope of Etna. Really quite impressive, well done here.

Inviting aromas of fragrant wildflower, white stone fruit, aromatic herb and a whiff of wet stone take center stage. On the linear, savory palate, bright acidity lifts ripe yellow apple, green melon, citrus zest and dried thyme, while a mineral note gives it a savory—almost salty—finish.
