The Belleruche cuvée has been on a qualitative roll over the past few years, and the 2016 Côtes du Rhône Belleruche is no exception. Classic notes of black raspberries, wild strawberries, spice, and pepper give way to a supple, textured, balanced and undeniably delicious red that's ideal for drinking over the coming 2-4 years.

Ripe cherries and mulberries emerge from the nose of the value-priced 2016 Cotes du Rhone Belleruche Rouge. A superb buy, it over-delivers at its modest price point, offering baskets of berry fruit alongside more savory notes of meat, coffee beans and black olive. Drink it over the next few years.

A simple, vibrant and deeply-fruited blackberry and cherry wine with smooth, fine and even-paced tannins. Good value. Drink now.
