Ever since the 1970s, this wine has known exactly what it wants to be. A blend of 40% Malbec, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot that spent 36 months in old casks. Very nuanced, revealing complex layers that include soy sauce, dates, pyrazine and ripe fruit and a remote hint of fine oak. In the mouth, it is full of umami, with grip and texture that ruggedly pave the way for the fine aging flavors.
