A focused and juicy red with dried cherry and light chocolate character. Medium body, light tannins and a fresh and clean finish. Pretty citrus undertones. Vivid tempranillo. Drink now.

A Tempranillo from Santa Rosa, 65 miles east of Mendoza, fermented in concrete and 50% aged in French barrels for 12 months. Today the oak holds sway over the nose of strawberry and tobacco aromas, along with an oxidative trace of leather that suits it well. The typical tannins of the variety grab hold in the mouth and lend structure. Let this age to give the Tempranillo a little space to grow.
