I tasted two wines from Château Haut Bergery and unquestionably the white is where it’s at. The 2015 Château Haut-Bergey Blanc gives up bright notes of green apple, citrus, and mint, as well as more minerality and floral notes with time in the glass. Medium-bodied, crisp, beautifully fresh, and lively on the palate, with solid texture depth, I’d happily drink bottles over the coming 4-5 years, but it will keep longer.

Dried-mango and pineapple aromas with hints of apples and lemons. Full-bodied, layered and phenolic with white tannic tension and texture. Drink now or hold.

92 points, James Suckling (Feb 2018)

Lively gooseberry gelée, white peach and lemon peel notes skitter through, laced with a mouthwatering chamomile accent through the long finish. Drink now through 2021. 667 cases made.
