Fresh cut peachs in the nose with a slight tartness ... hints of horse blanket in the backround. Quite tart with a mimosa like quality. Crisp with an elegant body, bursting with peach juice and a well placed tartness that lingers for a long time. Light on the hops as well as any funky spontaneous fermentation by-products. A touch of beer comes around in the end with trace grain and malt flavours. Simply superb ... a wonderful beer to have at a Sunday brunch.

Cloudy golden amber color. Rich dried peach, honeydew sorbet and pound cake aromas with a fruity full body and a vibrant, tangy peach and honeyed lemon and lime finish. Delicious and super crowd pleasing.

Spontaneously fermented with peaches added during the secondary fermentation, this traditional Belgian fruit lambic is everything you would expect from the style: a crisp but somewhat sour drink loaded with peach aromas and flavors. The peachy core is intense but naturally so, avoiding any suggestion of artificiality. The palate is lively and refreshing, ending on a long, mouthwatering finish.
