Delicate fragrances of pine needle and green olive greet the olfactory sense in the first two minutes of sniffing; additional air contact unleashes peppercorn, brine, fennel, lead pencil, and a faint hint of honey. Palate entry shows dry, astringent tastes of agave, hemp and resin followed at midpalate by integrated flavors of light caramel, cream, metal and milk chocolate. Finishes sweet, soft, and pleasingly vegetal.

Golden straw color. Toasty aromas of salty roasted pecans, suede, cocoa, and tropical fruit cake with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, attractive, breezy, whipped cream, mineral, and delicate pepper finish with light oak. A nice relaxing wood accented reposado.
