Pale golden amber color. Aromas of butter roasted nuts, nougat, dried nectarine, and delicate floral honeycomb with a soft, slightly tannic dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and long and spicy wet grain, cashew brittle, dried pear, and mossy stone accented finish. A lively complex Irish whisky that will induce equal parts enjoyment and reflection.

The early stage aroma is fresh, malty, yeasty/beery and honey-like; further aeration stimulates intriguing notes of nougat, milk chocolate and oaky vanilla. Palate entry offers pleasantly fruity/grainy tastes that are off-dry. Ends up semisweet, candied and even a tad sherried.
