Nice first aromas are of ripe, juicy peach; aeration brings about more tartness and acid presence. Palate entry is juicy, fresh and borders on being a bit too sweet, but it’s still delightfully fruity and ripe; midpalate is zestier, more astringent than the entry and therefore more enjoyable.

Clear. Vibrant aromas and flavors of peach sorbet and gelatin with a lightly tannic sweet light-to-medium body and a watermelon candy and grass accented finish. Good peach flavor for cocktails.
